Eat Fish Sustainably

A new website by Charles Clover, Fish2Fork.com, is making a point of rating restaurants in the UK and US based on their efforts to use sustainable fish and to provide information to their customers about the sources of their fish.

I say Amen. I love sushi, and I would like to be eating it for a long time. This can't happen if my sushi habit indirectly wipes out bluefin tuna or destroys the corral reefs of the Chagos Archipelago.

So check out the website, (especially the excellent news section!), send in the names of some of your favorite sushi places, and see how they fare. And then support the restaurants doing the right thing.
